Now that high school football across the country is a few weeks in, college coaches across the country have new tape to judge potential prospects on and extend new offers in the process. Over the last several days, the Oregon State coaching staff has sent out quite a few new offers to prospects in the 2024 recruiting cycle and beyond.

The Miramar, Florida native has been committed to Indiana for a little over two months now, but other programs, including the Beavers, are poking around to gauge the 6-foot-5 defensive ends interest. Jonathan Smith and his staff have had success in Florida, including nabbing defensive end Zakiah Saez out of the state in the 2023 recruiting cycle. The Beavers are the only other Power Five program to offer Meikle so far. In the 2024 recruiting cycle, Oregon State currently holds one defensive end commitment from Hawaii prospect Kekai Burnett.
