Offense
QB Maalik Murphy was hitting his WRs with lasers through the defense that left me a little in awe about his arm talent. Even with the absence of Riley Williams, as expected in the Oregon State offense, the TEs were getting dialed up all practice. Jackson Bowers and Cooper Jensen were the more highlighted targets today, bringing in a collection of passes from all the quarterbacks.

Defense
The secondary also looks much more improved in depth and personnel without Kobe Singleton and Noble Thomas right now. I’ll see how these guys slot in with the defensive rotations. Still, another group decimated by injuries last season has much more versatility and depth, especially with newcomers like Trey Glasper.
Glasper continued to run with the first team defense, playing the outside corner spot and matching up against guys like Trent Walker and Darrius Clemons during the team period portion of practice.
