The 2024 recruiting cycle is still ongoing, and Oregon State still has plenty of ways to go to fill out that class, but it's never too early to start looking toward the future. Today, we take a brief look (like a primer) at several prospects to know in the 2025 recruiting cycle for the Beavers.

Quarterback

The Beavers have offered a handful of quarterbacks right now; the names that we would be keeping an eye on are Leo Hannan, Luke Haugo, and Jaylen Johnson.

The Beavers are in the mix early on with Arizona, Illinois, Marshall, San Diego State, and Washington. He has not visited Oregon State yet.

The Arizona native has put together a nice offer sheet so far, with Arizona, Arizona State, Oregon, Oregon State, and Utah all extending offers so far. He has not made any visits to Corvallis yet.

Johnson does not hold an offer from Oregon State just yet, but it doesn't feel like an offer is too far away for the Redding (CA) native either. I wouldn't be surprised to see one come his way early this fall after the first few games of his junior season. Johnson has been to Corvallis in his recruitment already and could return this fall.
