Iowa Western Community College transfer Ashlynd Barker has scheduled an official visit to Corvallis. The Georgia native announced his plans on Twitter, Sunday night.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pound defensive back redshirted for Iowa Western this past fall and has four years of eligibility remaining. On top of his interest in the Beavers, he also has picked up offers from New Mexico State, Ball State, and Jacksonville State.
Barker was originally out of Northside High School in Columbus, Georgia as part of the 2022 recruiting cycle and did not hold any FBS offers. Stay tuned here at BeaversEdge as we learn more about the Beavers' official visit plans this recruiting cycle and more.
