Oregon State Football Signee: Kase Rogers

In Jonathan Smith's introductory press conference, he said that Oregon State would be focusing on recruiting prospects in the Pac-12 footprint, but RB/WR Kase Rogers, who is from Houston, Texas, was too good to pass up. The 6-foot, 186-pounder committed to the Beavers on August 8, and now, Rogers is officially an Oregon State signee.

Quotable: "It was really nice - really nice," Rogers said about his official visit. "We did the photoshoot with the jerseys and went to the game. We met with the coaches, and I'm majoring in business, so I met the business people at the business school. They gave us everything we're going to be doing when we get there. It was a very nice atmosphere. The weather up there is good football weather."
