Chandler (Ariz.) wide receiver Kolby Taylor is in the final stages of rehabbing a major leg injury and the OSU doctors will take over as he will be enrolling early. Taylor did not play his senior season, but he had a big junior season with 69 catches for 879 yards and 10 receiving touchdowns.

"I'm all in with OSU," Taylor said. "I haven't talked with another school since I committed [several] months ago. I'll be enrolling early in March and am graduating high school in December."
