OFFENSIVE PLAYERS
“Petras is a 6-foot-5 quarterback with a huge arm who has put up huge stats this season at Marin Catholic, and he's a winner as well, leading his team to an undefeated season so far. Jared Goff came from the same high school. Petras is not on that level yet, but he's a talented quarterback who has special abilities. He remains committed to Oregon State, but other visits could happen as well.” – Adam Gorney, West Region/National Recruiting Analyst
“Sanders is committed to Oklahoma State. He finished the regular season as one of the state's best quarterbacks and plays with such a calm and confident style. He has cut down significantly on the sort of mistakes that had held him from four-star status up to this point.” – Nick Krueger, Texas Recruiting Analyst
“It was an impressive off-season for Virginia Tech's quarterback commit and that momentum carried right into his senior season. Patterson's throwing mechanics still need some polish, but he knows how to get the ball from point A to point B and he is very dangerous when he decides to run.” – Josh Helmholdt, Midwest Recruiting Analyst
“Allen broke records during his senior season by rushing for 2,989 yards and 60 touchdowns on only 228 carries, so the new UCLA commit averaged more than 13 yards per carry. He has the vision to run between the tackles and he's excellent at breaking outside and making people miss. He also caught nine touchdown passes, so Allen could be a special asset in first-year coach Chip Kelly's offense.” - Gorney
“Banks burst onto the scene in the spring with a number of strong showings on the camp circuit and he continued his improvement into the fall, putting up huge numbers in his senior season. He’s a tough runner and a physical back who should be able to have a big impact at the college level. Indiana, Nebraska, UCLA and several others are involved in his recruitment.” – Wommack
“A Memphis product who has flown under the radar despite being committed to Oklahoma, Taylor is a physical impressive receiver with good speed for his size. He will be a great fit in Norman, and with his skill-set he will benefit greatly from playing in the Sooners' powerful offensive attack.” – Wommack
“There was some chatter about Bateman over the summer in regards to what type of player was hidden in South Georgia, and he came out showing his speed, ball skills and big-play ability this season. He can line up outside or inside at receiver and make plays. The Minnesota commit who plans to sign in December finished with over 1,500 yards receiving and 24 touchdowns in 2017.” – Chad Simmons, Southeast Recruiting Analyst
“Douglas is committed to Texas Tech. He is a big part of Spencer Sanders' success at Denton Ryan and has made a number of acrobatic plays this season. Douglas has a great combination of size and speed, and down the road will be the type of receiver that can line up outside or in the slot.” - Krueger
DEFENSIVE PLAYERS
“Ossai is expected to commit to either Texas or Texas A&M. Ossai has always had the build and athleticism to be a four-star, but wasn't quite as much of a technician as he's proven to be this season. He still has some things to polish up, but has shown this year how he can make the most of his potential.” – Nick Krueger, Texas Recruiting Analyst
“Wildeman is a massive defensive end with length and speed off the edge who can beat offensive tackles in various ways. He can overpower them to the inside or beat them with athleticism on the outside. In his senior season, Wildeman had 61 tackles and six sacks, so production wasn't a problem. He remains committed to Nebraska, but will visit Colorado State and possibly other locations.” – Adam Gorney, West Region/National Recruiting Analyst
“Plant is a terror at defensive end who has the size, power and look of an SEC prospect. He can overpower almost any offensive tackle to make plays in the backfield, evidenced by more than a dozen tackles for loss this season. He's aggressive and tough and doesn't take plays off. Plant is committed to Arizona.” - Gorney
“Williamson has lined up on both sides of the ball throughout his high school career. He spent more time at wide receiver early on, then played both ways and he has now settled in at defensive back. He is a physical defensive back with size and great awareness who can help in run support and be effective in coverage. Williams is committed to Stanford.” - Simmons
“We have been watching Dallas since his sophomore year and our original concerns about him playing stiff have been mitigated through physical and technical development. He is a physical safety who is an asset in both coverage and run support. Iowa and Illinois will host Craddieth for official visits this month, and he plans to sign in February.” – Helmholdt
“Jones had a remarkable senior season and made it clear that his athleticism will allow him to overcome what he lacks in stature. Jones is a threat on offense as well as in the return game. A Vanderbilt commit, Jones may see new offers roll in down the stretch and is likely open to hearing from additional schools.” – Rob Cassidy, Florida Recruiting Analyst
N.C. State is getting a great prospect in Graves. He could play on either side of the ball in college but will probably end up as a defensive back. Either way, he makes a ton of plays with ball in his hands on offense and his anticipation, ball skills and toughness make him a great defensive player. - Adam Friedman, Mid-Atlantic Recruiting Analyst
“You cannot take your eye off the game if Grant is involved. He may take a long run to the house from the running back position and then light up a receiver while playing linebacker. He was used in so many ways, and he was great at each of them. He plays that old-school style with speed. Grant is committed to Tennessee, but Virginia Tech is a real player here, too. Others, like Oklahoma, have inquired recently, as well.” - Simmons
