Oregon State is hosting seven official visitors this weekend, headlined by four-star wide receiver/safety Nikko Hall from Calabasas (Calif.).

Hall had contact with new Oregon State coach Jonathan Smith this week, and their conversation went well. Hall was a top target for the Beavers under the Gary Andersen regime, and Smith is making Hall a priority as well.

"Oregon State is recruiting me very hard right now," Hall explained. "I'm considering Oregon State and other schools that are recruiting me hard."

The 6-foot-2, 180-pounder has a long list of scholarship offers, but the biggest competition for OSU in Hall's recruitment seems to be Arizona State and Illinois.

The six other prospects officially visiting are currently committed to Oregon State.

In-state products QB Jake Dukart, OL Keishon Dawkins, and DE Bradley Bickler will be in Corvallis.

OSU's first two commitments of the class -- DB Deshon Wilson and DT Issac Hodgins -- will also be in for their official visits.

Los Angeles (Calif.) Cathedral linebacker Craig Francois will experience Corvallis for the first time this weekend for his official.
