Oregon State offer came out of the blue for Morgan
Houston (Texas) Clear Lake wide receiver Jakori Morgan had an exciting month of February. He landed his very first offer on February 7 as Houston offered him a few days after visiting there.
He's added offers from McNeese State, Kansas State, Army, and Oregon State since then. Morgan didn't see the offer from OSU coming.
