Oregon State has five games left in a season that has been one to forget, but the Beavers could still make some noise under Cory Hall. We take a look at the Beavs' remaining opponents in the story below.

From easiest (No. 5) to toughest (No. 1) matchups...
No. 5 - Oregon
Record: 4-4 (1-4 Pac-12)
Scoring Offense: No. 5 in Pac-12 (34.9 ppg)
Scoring Defense: No. 10 in Pac-12 (30.4 ppg)
Turnover Margin: No. 8 in Pac-12 (tied with Washington State)
If the Beavers lose their next four games but finish the season with a win against the team down south, which would mean back-to-back wins against UO for the first time since 06-07, then there will be OSU fans who will chalk up the 2017 season as a successful one. The Ducks start the year strong with a 3-0 record but have lost three of their last four matchups. Winning in Eugene will be tough, but the Beavers' remaining schedule is brutal. I still think this is the Beavers' best chance at another win this season, and you know that Cory Hall will have the team fired up.
