New DT offer, gets visit from Tibesar

Slidell (La.) Northshore defensive tackle Kemon Smith announced on Thursday that he had a new offer from the Oregon State Beavers. Smith is visiting Southern Miss and Louisiana Lafayette this weekend and next weekend, and then is set to officially visit Oregon State the weekend before national signing day.

Five priority recruits to converge in Corvallis

Five recruits in the class of 2018 will be in Corvallis weekend for their official visit, headlined by junior college quarterback Jack Colletto. Former UCLA commit Matthew Tago among other talented prospects are checking out Corvallis as well.

JuCo DE sets Oregon State official visit

Highland C.C. (Kansas) defensive end Amadou Fofana has set an official visit to Oregon State for the final weekend of January. The 6-foot-5, 270-pound is officially visiting Oklahoma State this weekend and has options for what he wants to do the final official visit weekend as well. The Beavers haven't offered yet, but they are close.

Hynson visits Hunt

There are a few top wide receiver recruits left on the board, with guys like Isaah Crocker, Nikko Hall, Chris Olave, and Geordon Porter still out there, and Lancaster (Calif.) Paraclete playmaker Andre Hunt is still a top target for the Beavers. Oregon State wide receivers coach Kefense Hynson had a home visit with Hunt this week.
