Oregon State men's basketball and head coach Wayne Tinkle landed its first commitment of the 2023 cycle on Tuesday afternoon as Ellensburg (WA) PF Gavin Marrs announced his commitment!

"Excited to announce my commitment to Oregon State University. I'd like to thank god for putting me in this position, and my family for always supporting me and pushing me to be a better player and person. I'd also like to thank all the coaches, trainers, friends and teammates who helped get me here. Lastly, I want to thank coach Tinkle and the rest of the OSU coaching staff for believing in me! Can't wait to get to work! Go Beavs!," Marrs wrote on Twitter.

The 6-foot-11, 190-pound power-forward from Ellensburg High School is Oregon State's first commitment of the 2023 class and comes following his official visit to Corvallis this past weekend...
