Los Angeles (Calif.) Cathedral outside linebacker Victor Terry committed to Washington State back in February, but the 6-foot-1, 200-pound prospect is working hard to receive more offers.
"Even though I'm committed to Washington State, I just feel like my recruitment should have gone way better than it has," Terry said. "I'm not saying that I don't like Washington State, but I think I should have gotten more offers. It has just given me a bigger chip on my shoulder."
On August 1, schools were allowed to start sending out official written offers to 2018 prospects, and so far, he's received offers from just Washington State and Oregon State.
From OSU, Terry has been keeping in touch with the Beavs' southern California recruiter.
"Coach Hall is the one talking to me," Terry said. "I talk to them a lot. It's pretty often."
Terry is playing for LA Cathedral for his senior season, but last year, he was at Augustus Hawkins. However, he still is familiar with OSU freshman Jeffrey Manning and Arex Flemings from LA Catedral.
