Oregon State Hosts Spring Showcase

While the attention today is focused on the annual Oregon State Spring Game, the athletics department has a full slate of events to keep all fans happy.
The Friday afternoon festivities include Fan Fair and a football team autograph session on Parker Plaza as well as track, softball and baseball hosting action as well. All-American Jess Lewis and John Didion will present the coin toss and numerous former players will be in attendance as well.

While Coach Riley has not stated the exact format or which players will play on each team, don't expect to see too much of the starters. Like in past years, the Spring Game will feature many plays run by the younger members of the squad in order to keep athletes healthy and give the youth some time to practice live game situations.
For the first time ever, the scrimmage will be broadcast in prime time on the PAC 12 Network.
BeaverBlitz.com has had wall to wall coverage of the Beavers 2013 Spring Camp including practice reports, photo blitz's and video interviews. Catch-up on everything in our SPRING HEADQUARTERS.
Activities begin at 3:00 pm with softball taking on Arizona and track hosting the High Performance Meet. The nationally ranked baseball team hosts USC at 4:00 pm.
