Oregon State hosting Julien Franklin for official visit
In college basketball recruiting, prospects can take official visits beginning in January of their junior year, and the Beavers are hosting a 2019 prospect this weekend.
BeaversEdge.com learned that Villa Park (Calif.) shooting guard Julien Franklin will be officially visiting Oregon State this weekend.
Franklin was offered by Oregon State back in September. He also holds offers from Columbia, Grand Canyon, New Mexico, Northeastern, Pepperdine, Rice, and UTEP.
In the class of 2018, the Beavers added three big men in Warren Washington, Kylor Kelley, and Jack Wilson. For the 2019 class, it looks like the Beavers are looking to replenish their guard depth.
