Oregon State's men's basketball team rounded out their roster on Thursday when seven-foot-one (yes, seven feet and one inch tall) center Roman Silva committed to the Beavers. His commitment was first reported by Nick Daschel of The Oregonian.

Originally classified in the class of 2016 out of Diamond Ranch high school, Silva has spent time at UTEP and San Bernardino Valley College. The towering center has spent the last year at San Bernardino Valley College, and put up some impressive numbers. In 27 games, Silva averaged 16 points, 8 rebounds and 2 blocks per game.

Silva will have two years of eligibility left once he gets to Oregon State.

Below are highlights from his senior year of high school and a game at San Bernardino Valley.
