College coaches were allowed to send out "official" scholarship offers starting on Tuesday, and 2018 recruits took to social media to announce the offers.

Basically, the official offers are not much different than the verbal offers that coaches were sending out prior to August 1. What these official offers do for us is give us a great idea of which recruits the Oregon State staff is serious about.
