It took two overtimes for the Beavs to come out on top, but they did it - behind a magnificent performance by senior guard Sydney Wiese.
Wiese scored 13 of her 26 points and knocked down three crucial three point shots in the overtime periods. She also made her two free throws to put the lead at 72-69, which was the final score.
Breanna Brown scored 13 points and reeled in a team high 10 rebounds before fouling out in the first OT period. Mikayla Pivec also scored 13 points for the Beavers.
Oregon State improves to 15-1 overall and 4-0 in the Pac-12 this season. The Beavers have now won back-to-back games against Top 25 Pac-12 teams.
The Beavs take their take 12 game winning streak into Los Angeles to take on UCLA this Friday.

STANFORD, Calif. – The No. 12/16 Oregon State women's basketball team earned its first win at Maples Pavilion in fitting fashion, topping No. 10/10 Stanford 72-69 in double overtime Sunday evening.
The Cardinal overcame late deficits in the fourth quarter and overtime to force extra periods, but the Beavers made a number of big plays down the stretch to extend their winning streak to 12-straight games. Oregon State's first road win against Stanford came in the team's 30th away game vs. the Cardinal.
Senior Sydney Wiese hit a number of big shots on the evening, including a 3-pointer in double-overtime to give the Beavers a six-point lead. The Phoenix, Ariz. native finished with 26 points and five rebounds, hitting five 3-pointers in the contest. Freshman Mikayla Pivec tallied 13 points, including an important reverse layup in the second overtime period.
Redshirt-junior Breanna Brown notched a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. She also had a strong game defensively, coming up with four blocks.
Oregon State held Stanford to 32.9 percent shooting in the contest. The loss was just Stanford's ninth at home in the last 10 years.
Both defenses clamped down early on, as Stanford took a one-point lead into the first media timeout. The Beavers would battle back to go ahead 12-10 at the end of the opening quarter.
The teams continued to trade punches in the second frame, as Wiese heated up to hit three big jumpers in the frame. Oregon State took a 23-22 lead into the locker room, after a half that saw five ties and five lead changes. Neither side led by more than four in the opening 20 minutes.
The two teams picked up right where they left off in the third quarter, trading the advantage back-and-forth through the early part of the period. Pivec came up with a big moment, converting a 3-point play to put Oregon State ahead 30-27 at the mid-way point of the third quarter. The Beavers would extend the advantage to five late in the period, but Stanford would get it back within a basket to end the period, at 33-30.
Oregon State was able to extend the lead to six halfway into the fourth quarter on another and-1 from Pivec. Stanford cut the advantage to two points with less than two minutes to play, and converted a shot in the final 10 seconds of regulation to force overtime.
The sides went back and forth in the first overtime period, with Stanford going in front by five, before the Beavers roared back to tie the score at 57. Wiese hit a big 3-pointer with under a minute to play to get the Beavers back within a point. Oregon State led by two with five seconds left, but again Stanford converted to keep the game going.
Wiese hit another big triple to put the Beavers ahead by six in the second overtime, but Stanford answered to get back within three. The Cardinal had a late opportunity to tie the game with a 3-point shot, but the Beavers played strong defense to lock down the victory.
The Beavers will be back in California next week, when they head south for matchups with the LA schools. The trip will begin Friday, when Oregon State takes on UCLA.
