Beavs add transfer QB

Former Utah State quarterback Darell Garretson announced Monday evening that he would be transferring to Oregon State after a month of speculation. The Gilbert, Arizona native started 11 of 13 games that he played in during his two seasons with the Aggies. He completed 217 of 344 passes for 2586 yards, including 18 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.

He will be reunited with former Utah State offensive coordinator Kevin McGiven, who currently serves as the Beavers quarterback coach.
