Oregon State coaches picked up a verbal commitment on Tuesday afternoon as Sacramento (Calif.) American River College offensive tackle Bobby Keenan pledged to play for the Beavers.
Earlier in the month, the 6-foot-6, 275 pound athlete told BuffStampede.com that he would be deciding between Colorado, Oregon State and California.
"I really like the coaching staff at Colorado, too. I liked a lot of the same things about Oregon State. The coaching staff there is incredible and Corvallis is a small college town, I liked that aspect of it," Keenan told BuffStampede.com after his visit to Boulder a week ago.
Keenan will be a mid-year transfer and is expected to join the team in January. He is planning to sign his paperwork tomorrow, December 18, the first day of the early signing period for JUCO's.
